We SPEAK OUT!

Auburn High School must address our concerns in a professional way

We want all people to understand what we believe in so that is why we included a few grievances we feel must be addressed successfully by AHS administrators and to understand what we are:

I want AHS administrators in case they have any issue or concern about us,any suggestions for us,any opportunities for us as a group and individually, and any diolouge (that is mediated discussion with us with action on both parties),etc to talk to me as spokesmen for all students that support or are involved in the S.U.C instead of merely just discouraging me or us as a group.

"We want to request these things; and not make demands"

- Braden Gentry, leader of the School of Unity and Connectness

"I’m not a member, but i think its unfair that SUC has to meet somewhere else. Some people cant get there or don’t have time.

- Maggie Baxter

"Another issue is that Auburn High School staff have consistently refused to recognize our organization and our concerns as of yet have not been addressed to us in good faith. And I believe that is part of the issues that they must seriously address. "

- James Allan Enrique Mackiewicz Mateus,Founder,President (2018-2020),website co-administrator,spokespersonand most active member of the School of Unity and Connectness

"We do understand that any action on Auburn High School’s part to recognize us is voluntary; however, we also would like that Auburn High School administrators accept that I am the spokesperson and do so with good faith and in public knowledge.”

- James Allan Enrique Mackiewicz Mateus,Founder,President (2018-2020),website co-administrator,spokesperson,.and most active member of the School of Unity and Connectness

"It’s hard to meet because I can’t drive “

- Will Smith, member of the School of Unity and Connectness and a leader

"free s.u.c; let us do what we need to do!”

- ANONYMOUS MEMBER (FOR PRIVACY REASONS;NO QUESTIONS ASKED

"We also believe that it is inconsistent for Auburn High School administrators to discourage display of our official symbol yet allow other interest groups however controversial to do. We believe that Auburn High School Administrators have violated our freedom of expression and we want that addressed”

- James Allan Enrique Mackiewicz Mateus, Founder,President (2018-2020),website co-administrator,spokesperson,and most active member of the School of Unity and Connectness

"S.U.C. should be able to freely represent themselves through out the school, so we can promote community activities such as Autism awareness and volunteer opportunities"

- Marrisa Jones, Member of S.U.C.

"SUC is my free and happy place. I swear if this organization goes down, I am moving to Canada ."

- Anonymous

"I also do not want Auburn High School administrators to take credit for stuff I and fellow members of the S.U.C. took time to make like our balloon for example. Therefore, if we want to go anywhere with getting along; I believe that AHS administrators must first give us credit for what we do. "

Do: The S.U.C. Did (description)

Do not do this: AHS students did (description)
