Definitions
Quadratic= Any equation that has an exponent of two in the first variable.
Variable= The letter that represents any number you can put in the formula. shown by the letter x or by any other letter except i (which is used for something else)
Roots= special variable that if you plug it in will make the equation equal zero. Or its answer. Can also show where the graph crosses the horizontal line.
Exponents: number that you use to represent how many times you multiply the variable by itself.
